This machine is designed for the repair of broken wires during stone-cutting operations, as well as for the repair of wires used in cutting other materials.

2. Power Supply Requirements: 220V.
3. Equipment Operating Voltage: 220V.
4. Operational Requirements: The diamond wire clamping and splicing interface must be capable of both longitudinal and lateral movement; the unit is equipped with top-view and horizontal miniature monitors.
5. Welding Materials: Carbon steel, tungsten wire.
6. Weldable Wire Diameter: Carbon steel 0.3–0.8 mm.
7. Welding Strength: Greater than or equal to 50% of the original wire's breaking strength.
8. Welding Time: Less than or equal to 10 minutes.
